Theft of 2006 Chrysler 300

Fairfield (NJ) The Fairfield Police Department is investigating the theft of a 2006 Chrysler 300 that was allegedly stolen from the parking lot of Bruschetta restaurant, located at 292 Passaic Avenue, sometime on January 9, 2012 between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 5:30 P.M. The victim also left her purse, which contained various forms of identification and credit cards, in the trunk of the vehicle. A check by the victim with her financial institutions indicated two fraudulent charges were immediately done at locations in Paterson,N.J.
