Pennsylvania Man Arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Fairfield (NJ) The Fairfield police Department announces the arrest of Zachery Grisella (23) of Huntington Valley, PA for disorderly conduct on April 28, 2014. On that date, at approximately 3:51 AM, Sgt. Christopher Oswald and Officers RJ Casendino and Jeffrey Dean, responded to the Hampton Inn and Suites, located on Route 46 East, on a report of an alleged intoxicated individual who was acting disorderly and giving the hotel staff problems.

The officers located Grisella on the second floor, allegedly having difficulty keeping his balance and screaming and cussing at hotel staff. Management of the hotel requested that he be escorted off the property. When the officers walked him outside in the parking lot, he allegedly continued his tirade and was eventually placed under arrest.

He was eventually released on his own recognizance pending a May 14, 2014 court date in the Fairfield Municipal Court. (It should be noted that the charges against him are merely allegations and that he is presumed innocent until he either pleads guilty or is found guilty in a court of law)
