The Fairfield Police Department is now accepting applications for the Junior Police Academy. ◾ All participants must be Fairfield Residents who will be going into grades 6 or 7 in the fall of 2019. If an applicant has any questions with the application, please contact Sgt. McNish or Det. Dean. ◾All parts of the applications MUST be completed and returned to the Police Department prior to acceptance into the academy. ◾ Applications are available 24/7 at Police Headquarters (230 Fairfield Road). They will be accepted until and no later than June 5, 2019. ◾ Incomplete applications will not be processed. Class size may be limited and all stages of the Junior Police Academy will be based on the order the applications are submitted. ◾Unless otherwise noted, all Junior Police Academy classes will be held July 15th-19th from 9am-2pm every day. If selected to participate in this program, students will be notified and receive more detailed information via email. ◾Notice of acceptance will be sent on or before June 20, 2019.
